Terms of service
1. General
1.1. These terms govern the use of Hidden Eyes System on hiddeneyessystem.org and www.hiddeneyessystem.org and through the @nocturne_HES_bot Telegram bot.
1.2. By receiving a subscription after reviewing these terms and the privacy policy, the user accepts them. If the user does not agree, they should stop sign-up.
2. Service
2.1. Hidden Eyes System provides internet access through an encrypted connection between the user's device and the service server.
2.2. A subscription includes available connection profiles, unlimited traffic, a link, and a QR code for a compatible app. The account shows the term and lets users copy the link again.
2.3. The service does not provide content or control third-party websites. Connection quality depends on the network, internet provider, device, app, and current server load.
2.4. An encrypted connection does not replace device updates, strong passwords, or checking website addresses. Fixed speed, access to every third-party resource, and absolute protection from every threat are not guaranteed.
3. Use
3.1. Users must use the service only for lawful purposes and respect third-party rights.
3.2. Unauthorized access to other systems, network attacks, malware, spam, prohibited content, fraud, and other unlawful activity are forbidden.
3.3. Users must not disrupt the infrastructure, create malicious traffic, share a personal subscription link with others, or resell access without the administration's approval.
3.4. Users are responsible for their actions as provided by applicable law.
4. Current trial access
4.1. A 7-day trial is issued after email or Telegram verification. In Telegram, use the separate “Get a trial subscription” button; opening the main menu does not create a trial.
4.2. Each account receives one trial. Resending a code, signing in again, or verifying again does not create another subscription or restart the trial term.
4.3. Email is verified with a one-time code; Telegram is verified in a private chat with the bot. A one-time link is used to sign in. Keep these private.
5. Availability
5.1. Maintenance, errors, and temporary interruptions may occur. Users can contact support for troubleshooting.
5.2. The service does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of every internet component or third-party app. This does not remove obligations imposed on the administration by law.
6. Suspension
6.1. Access may be suspended when a term expires, a breach is confirmed, infrastructure security is at risk, or a legal requirement applies.
6.2. Users may contact support to ask why access was suspended and request a review.
7. Liability
7.1. The administration provides a technical service and does not control user actions or third-party content.
7.2. Liability for outages, losses, and third-party actions is determined by applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Privacy
8.1. Information processing is described in the Privacy policy.
9. Changes
9.1. The current terms and revision date are published on this page and are available without signing in.
9.2. Material changes are communicated as required by applicable law.
